Welcome to Rudy Gutters. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products provided by Rudy Gutters ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


We specialize in gutter installation, gutter covers, downspouts, siding, pressure washing, soffits & fascia board replacements, and roofing services. We offer free, no-obligation estimates to our customers. Our services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.


All estimates provided by Rudy Gutters are free of charge and come with no obligation. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and our initial assessment. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, final costs may vary based on additional factors discovered during the service provision.

Our estimates are meant to furnish labor and materials complete in accordance with the specifications provided. The sum specified in the estimate will cover the described work. Payments are to be made as agreed upon in the estimate.

Any changes or additional work beyond the initial scope will be executed only upon receiving a written order from the customer, which will result in extra charges over and above the proposed costs.

Acceptance of Proposal

By accepting the proposal, the customer agrees to the specified costs, terms, and conditions. This acceptance authorizes Rudy Gutters to commence work as outlined.

The customer understands that some cost figures are based on a visual inspection, and any changes or additions will be documented in writing, commonly known as a "change order." The customer will have the opportunity to inspect the completed work to ensure all services have been delivered satisfactorily.

In the event that legal action is necessary to collect payments, the customer agrees to pay attorney fees, court costs, and all other related expenses. Interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% Annual Percentage Rate) will be applied to any past due amounts. By signing the proposal, the customer agrees that it will automatically become an invoice, with payment due in full upon completion of the job.


Although signing the estimate converts it into an invoice, customers will receive a proper invoice via email. This invoice will detail any payment amounts, payment methods, and will include a "Paid In Full" stamp once the payment is processed.

Scheduling and Appointments

To schedule an appointment for an estimate or service, please contact us through our website or by phone. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and date. Appointments are subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, bank transfers, zelle and cash. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or interest.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Our services come with a limited warranty, the details of which will be provided at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for our crew. This includes removing obstacles and securing pets. Customers should also inform us of any special requirements or conditions that may affect the provision of our services.
